You cut them out, sent them in, and waited for these masks to arrive… well, maybe not THESE masks. We decided to add a few ghouls of our own to the Halloween getup landscape with a cavalcade of outrageous creeps including the likes of Shock-a-Billy, Count Clownhula, and Toxic Wasteoid. And then there’s Evil Fred, who didn’t get a fancy name. He’s just evil.
